Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 23 September 2026
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“Player”) and Santeda International B.V. (“Rolletto Casino”, “we”, “us” or “our”) concerning your use of the website, casino, sportsbook, promotions and related services (the “Services”).
Rolletto Casino is operated by Santeda International B.V., incorporated in Curaçao under registration number 151296 and licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Authority under licence OGL/2024/1798/1048. Santeda International Limited acts as payment agent where applicable.
By registering, depositing, placing a wager or using the Services, you accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy, bonus terms and applicable game or sportsbook rules.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and meet the higher legal gambling age in your jurisdiction. You must use the Services only where online gambling is lawful, act only for yourself, and not be subject to self-exclusion or another gambling restriction. We may restrict jurisdictions where required by law, licence conditions or business policy.
2. Player Accounts
You may maintain only one account unless we approve otherwise. Registration details must be accurate and kept current. You must not sell, transfer or share an account. You are responsible for protecting login details and must notify Customer Support immediately of suspected unauthorised access.
3. Verification and Compliance
We may request documents to verify identity, age, address, payment ownership, source of funds or source of wealth. Checks may occur during registration, before or after a deposit, before a withdrawal or whenever required. We may restrict transactions or suspend an account until verification is complete and may report suspicious activity where legally required.
4. Deposits
Use only a payment method held in your own name unless expressly permitted otherwise. Available methods, currencies, fees and limits appear in the cashier and may vary. An account must not be used as a bank, money-transfer service or currency exchange. We may reject or return unauthorised, fraudulent or unlawful transactions.
5. Withdrawals
Withdrawals are subject to verification, security review, applicable wagering requirements and cashier limits. Where possible, funds may be returned to the original payment method. Processing times are estimates; banks, payment providers and blockchain networks may require additional time.
6. Games and Bets
Check the game, market, stake, odds and potential return before confirming a wager. Accepted wagers normally cannot be changed or cancelled unless applicable rules allow it. If a technical fault, interrupted game, incorrect odds or obvious pricing error occurs, we may void or correct affected transactions and restore the account to the position that would have applied without the error.
7. Bonuses and Promotions
Each promotion has specific rules covering eligibility, minimum deposit, wagering requirements, validity, game contribution, maximum bet and withdrawal limits. Unless stated otherwise, one offer is permitted per player, household, address, device, payment method or shared network. Bonus abuse, duplicate accounts, collusion or prohibited betting patterns may result in removal of the bonus and associated winnings.
8. Prohibited Activity
- Providing false information or forged documents;
- opening or controlling multiple accounts without permission;
- using another person’s funds or payment method;
- fraud, collusion, money laundering or promotion abuse;
- using bots, scripts or software that alters normal play;
- exploiting errors, vulnerabilities or delayed information;
- bypassing geographic, account or responsible gambling restrictions; or
- threatening, abusing or impersonating other people.
We may investigate, suspend accounts, cancel affected transactions, withhold funds connected to a breach and notify relevant authorities or providers.
9. Responsible Gambling
Gambling involves the risk of loss and must not be treated as income. Limits, time-outs and self-exclusion are explained in our Responsible Gambling Policy. You must not bypass any restriction.
10. Account Closure
You may request closure through Customer Support. Pending bets, bonuses, verification and withdrawals must first be resolved. We may suspend or close an account for a breach, fraud risk, legal requirement, responsible gambling concern, inactivity or operational reason. Legitimate remaining funds will be returned after required checks and deductions where permitted.
11. Intellectual Property
Software, interfaces, graphics, text, trademarks and databases made available through the Services belong to us or our licensors. You receive only a limited, personal, non-transferable and revocable right to use the Services for lawful personal entertainment.
12. Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Maintenance, network failures, third-party outages and events outside our control may affect availability. We may add, remove or change games, markets, payment methods and features.
13. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from third-party failures, events outside our reasonable control or unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect account credentials. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14. Complaints
Submit complaints through live chat or the Privacy Policy page with your account details, a description and supporting evidence. We may request additional information before completing our review.
15. Privacy
We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, including identity, payment, security and compliance checks.
16. Changes
We may update these Terms for legal, regulatory, technical or operational reasons. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao, subject to mandatory rights applicable in your jurisdiction. Unresolved disputes may be submitted to the competent courts or regulator as permitted by law.
